Limestone Way 2

Castleton - Youlgreave
20.6 miles
2730 ft ascent

After a rubbish night's sleep, mainly due to indigestion owing to my poor choice of evening meal, the six of us set off.

A lovely walk, except for some parts where the limestone underfoot was tedious... but it is the Limestone Way and at least it was dry!

But after 10 hours on the road my feet and body had had enough and I was glad to reach Youlgreave.  But after a shower and lots of stretching I felt more human. Repeat performance today!

The main is a herd of cows being led to milking, with a bit of string across the road to prevent straying.  The extra is a limestone outcrop :-)
