The Gathering...

The end of the spring retreat and as usual we all gathered on the front porch for the group shot!

It has been an awesome retreat, and especially today, with fabulous sunshine for our meditation walk thro the woods.  The morning was full of wonderful discussions and as one participant said - lots of 'lightbulb' moments for most of us. 

Samten (in the front row standing behind me...shaved head!) and Kalsang (second row sitting on the left) came for the weekend and did a  stellar job at herding this rather boisterous group of meditaters...and managed to keep us mostly on topic.   I think they rather enjoyed the energetic group - there were lots of laughs for sure.

And now it is quiet in our home and Terry and I are heading out for dinner to the Lobster Galley, just down the road, which finally opened for the season this weekend.
