Up above the clouds

It took longer than expected for the sun to break through today on the lower levels. It was another corker once it did though, happily, that was by the time I was off the hills.

The rest of the day was mainly spent making sausages - it took 3 hours just to grind all the meat. 3 varieties are now ready for the final ‘stuffing’ stage (Cajun, Cumberland and Spicy Italian) and one more to make tomorrow (Lemon & Fennel).
