Jog On

Went to join Harsh and Paul on the park run this morning, which is a 5k in Walsall Arboretum. Unfortunately I didn't manage the whole thing (just 1 of 3 laps for me!) but I did manage to jog the 1.69k I did manage as opposed to stopping to walk, and I did a 12 minute mile which I've never done before, so that's good. Got slightly embarrassed as I totally got lapped :S

After nipping home for a quick shower, I had a really fun day with Stoif, Paul, Rich, Harsh and Kie; had lunch and watched the Man Utd game (3 points in the predictions for me!), saw Skyfall and had a delightful curry. Unfortunately I had to go home early as I got quite ill, but still was a lovely day :)
