A “Peachy” Day

Following last night’s spectacular storms, today was supposed to be cloudy with maybe more rain. So Mum and I weren’t too bothered with going out, apart from the need for a bit of shopping.

So we headed out for coffee and the local supermarket, by which time the day had brightened and warmed up considerably. So it was off to Hall Place and Gardens, where I found a bench for Mum to sit on overlooking the a River Cray running through the grounds, while I took a stroll round the gardens enjoying the irises.

The extra shows a young couple with a their hands full looking after 10 offspring!
