The Grand Union.

A lovely ride out on the bike this morning and I decided to let a bit of wind out of the tyres an go mainly off road. This section of the Grand Union is just south of Loughborough after the River Soar Navigation. It's a bit tree rooty but nothing the beast of burden, aka the Thorn Raven Tour, can't handle. It's built like a tank from gas pipe when all's said and done!

In the extra is the view from my coffee stop on Rushey Lane as a Great Central train rumbled underneath. Yes, I know I've used a filter and some trickery. The sky was burnt out and a bit boring, it is only a snap after all.
