MonoMonday - Finale

For the final MonoMonday in May Merrilhope has chosen 'Finale'.
I have chosen my Peony flowers. I have watched this bush grow up from nothing after being cut to the ground in winter. The buds formed and it seemed like they would never open then, suddenly - poof! They opened up all at once in a Grand Finale with this one as big as a saucer. 
A friend drove me for a follow up visit to my local Ophthalmologist this morning. She was very pleased with my surgery and i am now allowed to drive - without glasses! Woo Hoo
