Awkward wheel

I nearly made a big bang in the workshop, the tyre on this children's bike wasn't that bothered about sitting properly and I noticed it bulging dangerously just in time.  Weird rim tape, looks like it might have been a cut section of old inner tube.  This meant that it didn't stay in place, so I added some electrical tape as that's all we had.  Finally got the thing fitted and pumped up.  Actually an unusually productive day, several bikes through the stand.
