Look out ants

Another day of spasms and restricted movement, and I’m on the waiting list at the osteopath’s. On the bright side, there’s tennis to watch.

This green woodpecker very kindly came close enough to photograph with my telephoto lens.

Poor JJ is out putting all the neighbours bins back and it’s absolutely deluging. Double bin day too, so double the work.
