"The Surrey Scholar"

This is in Guildford High Street Apparently unveiled by the Duke on Kent on 29th May 2002. It was sculpted by Allan Sly FRBS and was presented (presumably that means paid for) by Prof Patrick Dowling who was VC of the Uni of Surrey
