Papa Bluebird

I love to photograph bluebirds for two reasons: they're so cute, and I don't have them in my yard.  I made my first spring visit to the Agricultural Farm Park today for a change of scenery.  The garden area was full of volunteers, doing their magic, planting and cleaning out debris. They do a terrific job, visiting weekly all season long.  I didn't want to get in their way, so I spent my time watching the adorable bluebirds.  One nest box was chirping with activity.  I could hear the babies inside, and the parents were coming and going.  The male brought a worm and multiple insects.  Some of his feathers could use some straightening - they got messed up when he leaned into the nest box hole (extra).
