Today I had to visit Exeter. It is very big and was unpleasantly busy.
It's a big adjustment going from the middle of town to the middle of nowhere and we are having to rethink our shopping habits....the nearest branch of my bank is now 20 mins drive away and not just over the road, it's harder to just pop out and grab something you've forgotten. More planning is needed. Especially with the price of petrol sneakily rising. Apparently, the jobcentre expect you to look at jobs up to 90 mins away.........
