Back at work today - the roads and office were quiet.

Went for a 6 km jog this evening trying out some new footpaths and lanes. Didn't break any records. Climbed approx 140 metres over the first 2 km.

The weather has not been as good today with lots of cloud and cooler temperatures. The sun tried to break through.
