He Always Blips Those Newest Entry

I'm glad we have a holiday tomorrow.  It was way too hot in the office again and I would like a day where I don't have to sweat at my desk.  Seriously, I take a spare t-shirt to work so I can change before I head home.

I fixed a problem for someone yesterday and sent them an E-Mail saying could they please check that it was working.  He wrote back saying that he could get in to the thing but now it won't let him copy a file, so the Incident has to stay open.

I checked.  He wanted to copy file x to file z.  And file z is already there.  Our program says "Emm, File Z already exists".  We're categorising that as an Error 45, as in the mistake is sitting 45 centimeters in front of the computer.
