I am happy to be back on morning peregrine watch this week as I am in my UK office all week. This morning was truly awful light that got worse and turned to rain, I didn't think I would get any photographic results but it just went to prove how good cameras are these days.
All the shots are of the tiercel; the last 2 in extra were taken first and are unusual in that they show him having a poo mid air, lightening the load before going into a dive. On that occasion he didn't catch the pigeon but he later came back with a small offering for the chicks.
