Our Local Swimming Hole......

We are into 3 1/2 weeks of rain, rain and more rain. Around 2 ish I went out to check my homemade rain gauge. I emptied it for the second time today. The cup holds 3” of water. Totally, it made 5 1/2”, unofficially.
After that, I went to our gym and swimming pool. After the gym I put on my suit and in I jumped. After 40 mins of laps I was ready to go home, get the girls out for a walk and then make super.
Unfortunately the walk was cut short because.... you guessed it......
rain again!
