The extra is of a guy recording platform train announcements.  So today's Japanese lesson is:

Te'chan.  Shortened form of Tetsudo (railway) and the suffix, chan, used as a kind of term of endearment for children, though not exclusively. 
I could have also called him Densha otaku meaning train geek or train spotter but I admired his dedication and the way he'd put himself inside the dotted lines.
