"Great Expectations "

A truly ghastly day weather wise, sweltering with humidity that made me very sleepy. After an early start to get some basic goods I came back here . Read , light housework, then went to the ice cream parlour ..Met this little chap .So well behaved and with great expectations .The eyes never wavered. He was rewarded with a tiny wafer of ice cream .
A lovely dog .
