Sew what

On Friday I saw a last minute tweet to say that there were still a couple of places left on a Sculptural Headgear workshop at GOMA.

It was a great session but it made me realise that I only like doing things I'm good at and that my sewing is really crap. It could have all gone terribly wrong but I gave myself a talking to and Paula the milliner was lovely and supportive.

By the end I was pleased with what I made. I think I got passed the crown/fez look that it could easily have become although might disagree.
