Fred Trueman

I’m sure it is a great honour to have a train named after you and Fred Trueman is certainly a worthy recipient. So, I don’t begrudge him the accolade one bit. However, I do wonder whether there’s a little bit of him that’s saying it would have been nice if it was one of those speedy Pendolino things instead.
