It's still here - rowing cancelled this evening so we went for an anniversary walk - unfortunately that the farmer choose to sp ray his field at the same time. 

I have been struggling to run outside due to the pollen count at present - 4 miles in the gym worked out just fine - I little tedious on the treadmill but I got the job done.
