Daisies

A few phone calls to start the day. Spent almost an hour on the phone to someone at the energy company,  just to change the tariff for our gas and electricity. What a faff!

Then more painting in the 'Music room' - it seems that three coats will be required all round. It will take a while...

Another great 'Highlights' concert at the Cheviot Centre in the evening - Dan Walsh on banjo and Alistair Anderson on concertina. The event was sold out to an enthusiastic audience - Alistair is something of a local celebrity.

There's a colourful display of flowers outside the Cheviot Centre, and I love these cheerful daisies. Not sure what sort they are - Helenium or Helianthus, maybe?
