Cityscape Assignment

Cutline:
A car crosses the railroad tracks that intersect with Wilkes Drive. Rush hour drivers do not obey the 25 mile per hour speed limit, said a resident of a neighborhood adjacent to the tracks.

Comment:
This was an assignment for a human cityscape for my photojournalism class. The assignment called to use color or light as the feature. I am not very happy with it; I plan to reshoot.
