Oban - backblip

Friday 25th

We went to Oban today via an obligatory stop at the Airport where we saw a very smart Beach King Air private jet land and deposit a couple of passengers and two very large golf bags; a taxi was waiting for them for their onward journey to who knows where? Smart way to travel. We stocked up on supplies, lunched at the Harris Cafe and generally mooched around the town, enjoyed the comings and goings at the ferry port and thought we'd book up for an Islands Tour later on in the week.
