Pretty in pink

Was rather taken by tinged of pink on these blossoms on walk to work this morning.

Final big committee meeting of Academic Session which went well, marking for me the end of the year so time to take stock & look forward. 

Escaped early and headed south to Preston for a friend's 60th tomorrow. Drink with another friend this evening with pub meal to follow. Trip to Southport tomorrow - feels like a mini holiday.
