The Wonder Years

Mum and Dad had a mini Bonfire Night party this afternoon, a little 5-of-us-get-together celebration of all things happy before Dad goes for his op later in the week.

I just managed to record littleAs reaction to seeing her first ever firework erupt and light up her life. It may be blurred, but that's exactly why I love it so much. Definitely one of my favourite ever photos and a good argument for why a technically perfect shot doesn't always make the best image.

A fab, fab night. And my Dad is still officially the best firework lighterupper on the planet :)
