A Good Day for the Roses!

Bathgate Gala Day today (Hip Hip Hooray!)and because the old back has put paid to any chances of watching the parade or attending the events in the park, the organisers were kind enough to send part of the parade past Chez Broon for me.

These lovely horses and carriage even stopped right outside the house and ...............ohhhhhhh!

Better get a shovel, I hear it's good for the roses ;-)

A quieter than usual Gala Day brightened up by family and neighbours visiting for a beer, a burger, a blether and a laugh :-)))
