Les Colombes

Salisbury Cathedral is playing host to a flock over 2,500 white paper doves, the bird of peace, flying down the nave. The installation is  designed by the German artist Michael Pendry.   I had seen images on facebook, so took the opportunity to go shopping at the nearby Wilton Shopping Village in the morning, and headed into Salisbury for the afternoon: it was well worth the effort.
