snooooooooow!!

we made the decision fairly early this morning not to risk driving to college. trains were cancelled and in the end, so were our lessons - so our forethought paid off!!
it snowed quite hard until about 10, then stopped, and has now been snowing again for about an hour... I'd say there's a good 6 inches in some places!!

highlight of the morning: listening to the radio for school closures and the dj saying "If you're a kid and you really want your school to be closed, please don't just phone in pretending to be a teacher. Thank you."
also, my mother falling over. the flailing arms were my favourite part :)
