The vegetable truck

Apart from doing exercise on our daily walks in the nearby Vega de Granada, some days I also go past the vegetable truck and I have the opportunity to buy freshly picked vegetables.

The offer is varied and fresh : garlic, lettuce, potatoes, chard, onions, spinach, artichokes, carrots.  Mm...
Today I  bought some chard and the last bunch of asparagus.  I cooked both for lunch. They were delicious!
I am counting the days for the tomato season to start!
