Beauty and the Beast

A fly on a wild rose, spotted on my walk this afternoon.
Zumba first thing (that was pretty hot in the temperature sense of the word) followed by coffee with some of the Zumba ladies. 
My contribution towards Mono Monday - today's topic is "Baked". I was pretty baked to tell the truth, especially after the Zumba.
