Mono Monday: Baked Alaska

Mono Monday can sometime require us to go to a lot of trouble to get the shot, and this week's challenge with the title "Baked" is no exception to that rule.  This lot of wholemeal rolls with sunflower and pumpkin seeds have taken me ages to make.  

In fairness they are all still frozen in this shot, having just come out of the freezer - I do my baking at the weekend you see.  Had I known that they were going to be blipped I might have tried a bit harder to make them look pretty, but there you go.

I've spot lit them to take this shot, and in setting my exposure for the bread, the dark background has disappeared without any additional effort of my part.
