Treat

Treats come in all shapes and sizes and this one was thoroughly, lipsmackingly enjoyed by LH this evening! The wonderful, tiny, delicate flowers we think were wild garlic (which featured in my soup) and were tastefully strewn.

This morning Poppydog acted as golf caddie and match referee between LH and yours truly. I bribed her with dog biscuits and won. What a clever dog ;-) We had decided a day away from the water feature was necessary for marital peace and had designated today a general holiday anyway. The weather wasn't really good enough to want to go to West Mainland for a nostalgic road trip and I don't feel Pd is up to a pretty long walk so, golf it was. Good clean fun and very little swearing. Honest!
