A drop or two

Hardly out the door today as I had five doors to paint indoors. Such is decorating. Russell returned with the car later tonight after two weeks of travelling round the west coast of Scotland and he was bearing gifts too. Not sure the tartan tammy he brought me will see much wear. It's the thought that counts so I'm told.

A few drops of white wine with the mushroom risotto to toast his safe return before he headed off to catch the train back to Glasgow. Good to see him again, even if only briefly.
