Powerball

I am currently living my life-long dream and training to be a Firefighter, albeit a Volunteer.
Both my parents were in the Fire Service in London, my Dad was a Fireman (never call him a Firefighter!) from the 50's to the 80's and my Mum was a Controller in the 50's to the 60's; add to that an uncle who was a Fireman in Liverpool and you can understand why I've decided to join up.
During my training regime I use this Powerball which is a superb little pieces of kit that strengthens your grip in an amazingly short amount of time as well as build and tone arm muscles.
