Today we bought a collection of mushrooms packed in a bag and ready for cooking.
This is...I think...Hypsizygus tessellatus  the Beech Mushroom.
Gorgeous, sculptural and delicious stir fried with thin sliced beef in black bean sauce.
Yummmmm.
