Bike Dock Bay

Shot this from the ferry as we were leaving Mackinac Island this afternoon.  We had planned to drive home today, but when the convention ran long we called an audible.  Tonight we stay in Mackinaw City and we'll drive home early tomorrow.  That left us time to enjoy a casual lunch near the water, avoiding the rush and crowded boats to the mainland.  A few hours before I took this shot, the misty fog was so thick you could not see the lighthouses!

The extra shot is my wife patiently waiting in front of the Grand Hotel as I run around for a few extra shots.  Being married to a blipper can be tedious at times, I think. ;-)
