Gullane Sands

A fabulous beach, a bit misty today, and almost deserted. The only access is on foot from Aberlady or Gullane and that makes it quiet whatever the weather.

After the walk L, K and I went to an exhibition at Waterston House of paintings by John Cox and Colin Woolf. I loved a watercolour by Colin Woolf of a barn owl looking at a mouse which was looking at the barn owl, but at nearly £5,000 it wasn't going to be mine anytime soon!
