Low pressure

Temperature dropped 10 degrees and we are back to normal. May 2018  goes down in history as unusually dry and warm throughout Finland. In Pirkkala we had 12 days over 20 °C and five of them were over 25°C,  the hottest day was +28°C on 14 May 2018. And it's usually this dry only a few times in a hundred years. It almost rained today, and it did very little in some areas. Flora and fauna would love to have all day rain, but according to the weather forecast nature won't get water anytime soon.

Our niece Ilona travelled to Briançon, France today, she'll work there as an au pair for the summer. I hope it will be great experience for her!
