This is the Applause Award fountain at Holiday World, an amusement park I try to visit every year for an event called HoliWood Nights. I went last year and the year before. This was my sixth time at this event. It's for roller coaster enthusiasts. They keep the park open later for us so we can get rides at night. It's a blast.
The extra photo is someone's shirt showing patents by Edwin Prescott, who built the Loop the Loop at Coney Island, a looping coaster that ran from 1901 to 1910.
