Little and Large!

Today's plans didn't work out as expected but we didn't let a good day go to waste.

Our planned trip to see the puffins on May Isle was cancelled due to adverse sea conditions so instead we had a lovely walk along the beach at Kingsbarns and up to Cambo Estate.

The gardeners were working very hard in the walled garden where I spotted these bees enjoying themselves on the Cirsium (plume thistle) flowers.

The extra shot is a cabbage white butterfly .... I think!
