Well I think that's how it's spelt (could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first or last time.
Today Si "had to" celebrate 25 years of working at ifm, I say "had to" because it really isn't his thing at all, but if he'd tried to let it slide then all his German colleagues would have been insulted and outraged.
So we/he organised a lunch time buffet (in the office clearly) with lots of finger food, fizz and cake. Now I was put in charge of fizz and cake...consequently we had French Cremant and not German Sekt and instead of the huge wedges of delicious German cake we had cake pops, a recent import from the U.K. I did however toe the corporate/country line by getting the cake company to decorate 1/3 with the corporate name & colour, 1/3 with the German flag and naturally 1/3 with the British flag.
Rebel, rebel.
