Daddy Long-legs Spider

How can anyone be afraid of this spider? Pholcus phalangioides is virtually nothing but air. It has a thing for corners where it will sit motionless during the daytime. Gently disturb them and they will bounce up and down like frenzied raver at a drum and bass fest. I am contantly removing them from my house, only to find new ones there a week later. When you pick them up you can hardly feel them as they are so light, and their gangly legs prevent them from running too fast without tripping over.
Another thing in their favour for arachnophobes is that they are quite partial to snacking on other spiders!
