Day 157/18. A Beautiful Demoiselle.

In this case the scientists got the name exactly correct. This stunning little thing is a female Beautiful Demoiselle. Shes about 5 cm long.
I also think this is one for the best images I have ever taken of a Demoiselle. The background seems to work great to my eyes.
They are pretty skittish things, darting around and need careful approach to capture. But certainly worth some patience.
