A full time job!

My ears are ringing ........ we had at least 13 fledgling starlings in the garden at one point today plus adults! The noise was deafening ..... think I need ear plugs!

This poor parent was being run ragged ........ the youngsters are so demanding ....... you can see here the speed with which the parent shoves delivers the food by the fact it's head is blurred .... much too fast for the camera settings!

We've seen no sign of the Blue Tits for a couple of days ....... I think the young have probably fledged & have taken refuge in the little wood just up the road ..... more cover there ...... hope they are safe :-)
