Bacon

I think I have finally found the perfect bacon. We bought this yesterday from Frazer Brothers in Forres. It's cured by them and smoked, it's thickly sliced, and it doesn't shrink or produce lots of water when you fry it. I just had these three rashers in a roll for supper and I think I've gone to heaven.
