A good day out.

Today a trip with friends and fellow blippers A and L to Potfest at Scone Palace.
After coffee and scones we walked round the tents where potters from all over the UK were selling their wares. There were some lovely things to buy and I succumbed to a few small purchases.
The it was off to a light lunch in the nearby Cancer McMillan venue and then to Branklin Gardens, which belongs to The National Trust. We spent some time wandering about before heading back to Glasgow fortified by more coffee and cake!
The main picture is of the Meconopsis Blue, one of Branklin's specialities. The extra is of a rather lovely tree trunk.
I don't think I'll be having any diner tonight!!
