Jade Pond

This little pond (outside our bedroom window) and its surrounding garden, has gone through quite a number of different appearances. For a while the surface has been covered as you see here (which led Bodhi astray, on one of his first ventures outside, to an unanticipated swim...). The jade was at one stage falling over and looking rather misshapen; a while back I did what seemed at the time a rather drastic bit of surgery - which has paid off in spades.

I really like this little spot at the moment.
