Misty Loch Fyne

This morning the loch was shrouded in sunlit mist as was most of the village. So I decided to head up Dunleaccain to get above the mist. Had to take the long way round to the best viewpoint as the quarry has been closed off. So along walk up the Leacainn hill, round North Craleacainn and over to the top of the quarry. Quite amazing views , to the South and West mist and cloud overhanging the hills and the loch and behind me, the peak of Dunleaccain and Brencholle moor cast in the golden light of the sun , the hills a beautiful autumn golden brown with brilliant blue skies above .

However it was the mist over the hills which really drew me. So tonight's blip is looking south towards Minard with the Cowal hills to the East and Kilmory hills to the West.
