JUST A DAISY.

What a terrible afternoon and evening yesterday. Drinks in the garden cancelled as we had about four hours of terrible thunder, lightening and heavy rain. A house about a mile from me was struck by the lightening and by the time the fire engines arrived it was well alight. It is just a shell now. Poor people, but at least they got out and nobody was hurt, but it was all very frightening. Have spent most of today clearing up the garden after the torrential rain, however it is the afternoon now and the sun is back and it is very warm. My extra is Daisy really really wanting to kill that squirrel. Lol.
Thank you all most sincerely for all the stars, hearts and lovely comments on my little roe deer yesterday.
Well, blip done and now back to weeding the gravel in the drive. No rest for the wicket.
